Now that April is over, I am cutting out caffeine!

For the month of May, I intend to forgo coffee and tea and anything else with caffeine in it, and today is the first day, and I feel miserable. The last time I did this, it was the third day that was the worst so I’m getting ready for that. Why do it? Consider it a Spring cleaning for the body, and it’s far less abstemious than cleanses I’ve done in years past where I also cut out sugar, wheat, dairy, and alcohol. At different times of the day, I would crave one of those five things, and I don’t like to WANT and not HAVE. So rather than HAVE more, I’m trying to WANT less.
